Schedule at the Nidhaus Trophy

Sri Lanka will celebrate the 70th anniversary of Independence in March this year. The Sri Lankan Cricket Board (SLC) has organized a tri-series T-20 titled 'Nidhas Trophy 2018' on this occasion. Apart from hosts Sri Lanka, the other two teams in the tournament are Bangladesh and India. Schedule of the series of three nations has been released on Saturday (January 20th).



All matches will be played at the Premadasa Stadium in Colombo from March 6 to March 18. India will face Sri Lanka in the inaugural match on March 6. Bangladesh will play against Virat Kohli in their first match on March 8. Shakib Al Hasanara will face Sri Lanka on March 10 The Bangladesh Red Green Group will face Sri Lanka on March 14 and India on March 16. The final match will be held on 18 March.



The match will be played in the double round robin system. As a result, each team will be able to play two matches against each other in the tournament. The top two competitors in the points list will be selected for the final.



On the occasion of the anniversary of Sri Lanka's 50 year anniversary, the last Naidahas Trophy was organized in 1998. India won the 50-over match of the service But this time the T20 format will be in three national series.
