India is divided due to Nehru: Former Chief Minister of Kashmir


Muhammad Ali Jinnah did not want to divide India and form separate state for Muslims. Jawaharlal Nehru, Maulana Azad and Sardar Patel, responsible for the division of the country's independence movement leaders and top politicians.

They could not accept the Muslim and Sikh minorities of the country as a minority. J & K's former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah made controversial comments on Saturday in a ceremony in Kashmir. According to a report in the Indian state news agency PTI on Sunday it was reported.

Farooq's comments provoked fresh political historic debate in India. He said that Bangladesh and Pakistan would not even be born if India was not partitioned. Jinnah was never in favor of partitioning the country. Jinnah did not want to divide the country. It was decided that India would be divided, and a proposal for constitution of a commission was adopted.

That commission said, "We will make special representation for Muslims." We will take special measures for minorities and Sikhs. But the country will not split. "The Chief Minister of Kashmir complained," Indian politicians did not want a minority commission for Muslims and Sikhs.

Jinnah later claimed Pakistan. "Farooq said," Jinnah agreed, but Jawaharlal Nehru, Maulana Azad and Sardar Patel disagreed. When this did not happen, Jinnah raised the demand of Pakistan. Otherwise, no split happened.

Bangladesh and Pakistan were not even born. There was a India, "PTI said, the fact that National Conference President Farooq Abdullah is showing an indifference to Pakistan for the first time is not the case. In November last year, he said, "Pakistan-occupied J & K is part of Pakistan."

The Chief Minister of Kashmir also said that the free Kashmir talks were in vain because the three atomic powers, India, China and Pakistan were standing beside the valley.
